  • IMPORTANT NOTE: There are two types of terms in QuickBooks: Standard and Date-Driven. To get the full list of Terms, you must UNION this table with the 'datedriventerms' table.
  • IMPORTANT NOTE: The QuickBooks SDK does not allow UPDATEs of this type of record. Any changes to these records will not be propagated back to QuickBooks.
